Tucker is one of our hardest-working apprentices. Always the first to arrive and eager to learn, he’s dedicated to building his skills and growing in the trade. Outside of work, he enjoys duck hunting and time outdoors.

Rob is a licensed journeyman electrician with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for his craft. Known as the funny guy on the team, he keeps the jobsite upbeat. In his free time, he loves saltwater fishing and spending time on the water.

Arika is our office coordinator, keeping projects on track with scheduling, permitting, and customer support. She’s known for her organization and excellent service. Outside the office, she enjoys scrapbooking, video games, and reading.

Justin is a licensed plumber and dedicated family man with six kids. He’s a true team player, ensuring every job is completed with care and precision. When he’s not working, he enjoys playing music and spending time with his family.

As our lead Generac technician, Verrel specializes in air-cooled and liquid-cooled systems. He’s a natural problem-solver who can handle any generator issue. Away from work, he enjoys building engines and working on motorcycles.

Aaron is the founder and owner who turned his dream into reality. He’s passionate about serving the community and creating a positive workplace for his employees. When he’s not leading the company, he enjoys fishing with his son and spending time with his dogs.
